Cheese and Egg Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

• 4 wraps Wraps
• 3 eggs Eggs
• 70g Cheese
• 60g Baby spinach

Method

1. Prep the ingredients Set out wraps, eggs, cheese and spinach. Wash, trim, and chop spinach before heating the pan. Measure cheese.
2. Cook or mix the filling Beat the eggs, cook them gently in a non-stick pan until just set.
3. Warm the wraps Warm the wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 10-20 seconds so they fold without cracking.
4. Fill the wraps Lay the wraps flat and add spinach in an even line through the middle.
5. Add cheese Scatter over cheese so each wrap gets some richness and saltiness.
6. Roll Add the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom.
7. Serve Cut in half and serve warm, or wrap tightly for packed serves.
