Ingredients

  • 4 wraps Wraps
  • 4 eggs Eggs
  • 1 tomato Tomatoes
  • 80g Cheese

Method

  1. Prepare the ingredients Wash and finely dice the tomato. Beat the eggs in a bowl and measure the shredded cheese.
  2. Scramble the eggs Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the beaten eggs and stir gently for 2-3 minutes until set, then take the pan off the heat.
  3. Warm the wraps Warm the wraps in a dry frying pan for 10-20 seconds on each side until soft and flexible.
  4. Fill the wraps Lay the warm wraps flat. Divide the scrambled eggs and diced tomato along the centre of each wrap, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Add the cheese Scatter all the measured shredded cheese over the warm egg and tomato filling.
  6. Roll the wraps Fold the sides over the filling, then roll firmly from the bottom to enclose it.
  7. Serve Cut the wraps in half and serve straight away while warm.
