Ingredients

  • 560g Chicken breast
  • 330g Pasta
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 60ml Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 capsicum Capsicum

Method

  1. Prep the ingredients Set out chicken breast, pasta, broccoli, soy sauce, garlic and capsicum. Wash, trim, and chop broccoli, garlic and capsicum before heating the pan. Measure soy sauce.
  2. Cook the base Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until just tender, then drain and keep a small mug of cooking water.
  3. Cook the protein Heat a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat and cook chicken breast until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add vegetables Add broccoli, garlic and capsicum and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until bright and tender-crisp.
  5. Add sauce Pour in soy sauce, scraping the pan so the sauce coats everything evenly.
  6. Combine Add pasta back to the pan and toss for 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through.
  7. Serve Divide into serves and season with extra soy sauce to taste.
