Ingredients

  • 120g Rolled oats
  • 240g Greek yoghurt
  • 220ml Milk
  • 2 bananas Banana

Method

  1. Mix the oats Stir the oats, milk, and yoghurt together in a bowl or container until no dry pockets remain.
  2. Add banana Slice or mash the banana and fold it through the oats so the sweetness is evenly spread.
  3. Chill Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the oats have softened.
  4. Stir before serving Before serving, stir well to combine the softened oats and yoghurt.
  5. Serve Divide into serves and eat cold, or warm gently in the microwave if preferred.
