Chicken Tomato Wraps

Ingredients

• 560g Chicken breast
• 7 wraps Wraps
• 2 tomatoes Tomatoes
• 120g Baby spinach
• 100g Cheese
• 18ml Olive oil

Method

1. Prep the ingredients Set out chicken breast, wraps, tomato, spinach, cheese and olive oil. Wash, trim, and chop tomato and spinach before heating the pan. Measure cheese and olive oil.
2. Cook or mix the filling Cut chicken breast into strips, then cook in a pan over medium heat, until cooked through.
3. Warm the wraps Warm the wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 10-20 seconds so they fold without cracking.
4. Fill the wraps Lay the wraps flat and add tomato and spinach in an even line through the middle.
5. Add cheese Scatter over cheese so each wrap gets some richness and saltiness.
6. Roll Add the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom.
7. Serve Cut in half and serve warm, or wrap tightly for packed serves.
