  • 580g Chicken breast
  • 3 sweet potatoes Sweet potato
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 140ml Milk
  • 80g Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Method

  1. Prep the ingredients Set out chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli, milk, cheese and garlic. Wash, trim, and chop sweet potato, broccoli and garlic before heating the pan. Measure milk and cheese.
  2. Cook the sweet potato Boil or steam the sweet potato until very tender, then drain well.
  3. Mash Mash the sweet potato with milk and cheese until smooth and spoonable.
  4. Cook the chicken Cook chicken breast in a pan until browned and cooked through, then rest for a minute before slicing.
  5. Cook the broccoli Steam or pan-cook the broccoli with garlic until bright green and tender.
  6. Assemble Spoon the mash into bowls, add chicken and broccoli, then divide into serves while warm.
