Tuna Sweetcorn Wraps

Ingredients

• 320g Tuna
• 7 wraps Wraps
• 200g Corn kernels
• 110g Baby spinach
• 2 tomatoes Tomatoes
• 130g Greek yoghurt

Method

1. Prep the ingredients Set out tuna, wraps, corn, spinach, tomato and greek yoghurt. Wash, trim, and chop spinach and tomato before heating the pan. Drain tuna and corn. Measure greek yoghurt.
2. Cook or mix the filling Drain tuna well, then mix it with corn, spinach, tomato and greek yoghurt to make a moist filling.
3. Make the yoghurt sauce Stir greek yoghurt with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of water until smooth enough to spoon over the filling.
4. Warm the wraps Warm the wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 10-20 seconds so they fold without cracking.
5. Fill the wraps Lay the wraps flat and add corn, spinach and tomato in an even line through the middle.
6. Add sauce Spoon the yoghurt sauce over the filling before rolling.
7. Roll Add the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom.
8. Serve Cut in half and serve warm, or wrap tightly for packed serves.
